- 1 / 5By Zack HomieThe actual coffee shop is nice. However, the staff is very unprofessional and inexperienced. When the credit card reader shut off because they forgot to charge it, they left 15 people in line waiting to give their orders. I was first in line, so I waited around 20 minutes to get my coffee. The staff gave up and took down my credit card info on a piece of paper to be charged later. Plus, they ran out of almost all of their speciality coffee because they forgot to make it. Bad experience at Bean & Leaf. Won't be coming back.January 15, 2017
